Jurisdictional Restrictions: You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of jliwin services is lawful in your jurisdiction. Online gaming may be illegal or restricted in certain countries, states, or provinces. It is your obligation to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws. jliwin makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Persons who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is illegal do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

Prohibited Jurisdictions: Users from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited are not permitted to register accounts or use jliwin services. This includes, but is not limited to, certain countries and territories subject to international sanctions or legal prohibitions. jliwin reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organization.

• You must not be employed by jliwin or any affiliated gaming operator in a capacity that creates a conflict of interest.
• You must use only your own funds for deposits and bets. Using funds obtained through illegal means or belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use jliwin services, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to provide your legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. All information must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) account with jliwin. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created to circumvent bans, restrictions, or bonus abuse are strictly prohibited. If jliwin discovers that you have opened or operated more than one account, all accounts will be closed, and any winnings, bonuses, or deposits may be forfeited. This restriction applies regardless of whether the accounts were created with different email addresses, payment methods, or personal information.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorized by you. You agree to notify jliwin immediately of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach.

jliwin recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and using strong, unique passwords to protect your account. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

3.4 Verification & KYC

jliwin operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. You agree to provide such documents within the timeframe requested. Failure to complete verification may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or account closure.

Verification typically requires submission of a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, or government-issued ID, along with a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document showing your registered address. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposits

jliwin accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, GrabPay, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in deposit reversal and account closure.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are typically credited instantly, though blockchain confirmations for cryptocurrency may require additional time. jliwin does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may impose transaction charges beyond our control.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to account verification and compliance checks. You must withdraw funds using the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. For security and regulatory purposes, withdrawals may only be processed after you have met wagering requirements or bonus conditions, if applicable.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard. jliwin reserves the right to request additional documentation or impose withdrawal limits if unusual activity is detected. 4.3 Fees & Currency

All transactions on jliwin are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. Currency conversion fees and exchange rate fluctuations are the responsibility of the user.

jliwin does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. However, excessive withdrawal requests (more than 3 per week) may incur administrative processing fees at the discretion of jliwin. Your payment provider may impose additional charges for receiving funds, which are beyond jliwin's control.

4.4 Payment Disputes

If you dispute a transaction with your payment provider (chargeback, reversal, or dispute), your jliwin account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks are a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities. You are responsible for all costs incurred by jliwin in defending against or responding to fraudulent disputes.

5. Betting Rules & Game Integrity

5.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on jliwin are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify that all bet details (amount, selection, odds, game type) are correct before confirming. jliwin is not responsible for user errors in bet placement.

In the event of technical errors, system malfunctions, or obvious mistakes (such as incorrect odds display, game malfunction, or erroneous payouts), jliwin reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances. Notification will be provided to affected users, and disputes can be escalated to customer support.

5.2 Game Fairness

• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software designed to manipulate gameplay, odds calculation, or game outcomes.
• Hacking & Exploitation: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to jliwin systems, servers, databases, or other users' accounts. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for personal gain.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing jliwin staff, customer support representatives, or other players through any communication channel.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies across platforms or markets to guarantee profits without risk.
• Syndicate Betting: Coordinating with other users to place large volumes of bets designed to exploit bonuses or promotional offers.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals with your payment provider after legitimate transactions.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action. jliwin cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities in investigating fraudulent or criminal activity.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

jliwin strives to maintain 99.9% platform uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform at all times. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, server outages, or circumstances beyond our control. jliwin is not liable for any losses resulting from Platform downtime or unavailability.

8.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. jliwin DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, jliwin, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL jliwin'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO jliwin IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR PHP 10,000, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

8.4 Force Majeure

jliwin is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, internet service provider failures, power outages, or cyberattacks.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Termination by User

You may close your jliwin account at any time by contacting customer support. Before account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure. Once closed, accounts cannot be reopened, and you must register a new account if you wish to use jliwin services in the future (subject to these Terms and eligibility requirements).

9.2 Termination by jliwin

jliwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy incorporated herein.
• Failure to provide required verification documents within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Multiple accounts, duplicate registrations, or account sharing.
• Violation of responsible gaming policies or self-exclusion agreements.
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or non-payment of amounts owed to jliwin.
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other users.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. jliwin may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any remaining account balance, pending withdrawals, and active bonuses if the account is terminated for breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant and may be subject to administrative fees or closure. jliwin will attempt to contact you via registered email before imposing dormancy fees. You may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and verifying your identity.

10. Modifications & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of jliwin services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

10.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact jliwin customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal action in accordance with the governing law provisions above.

10.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and jliwin regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.
